Well, our favorite time of year is here…Hillbilly season! Hillbilly (our seasonal barley wine) is now fermenting and should be ready by the middle of the month. So, dust of your banjos and overalls!

A new batch of Honey Wheat is out today as well as Unfiltered Blonde Lager. Apple and Raspberry Apple will be out by the middle of next week.
I am sorry to report that the last drop of our 1K IPA has been drank. We will have a new batch of Sequoia Red, as well as, a new batch of our Blackout Stout out tomorrow!
California Kolsh is our twist on a Kolsh beer. It is a light bodied craft brew with a little extra hop kick than a traditional Kolsh beer.
