Sequoia Red
Our flagship beer, deep red with the perfect blend of hops and malt. Don't be fooled by its dark color, this is a light bodied, easy-drinking beer.
I.P.A.
India Pale Ale. Medium to full body, highly hopped, high alcohol content and copper color. Brewed to last the journey from England to India, it traditionally contains a high amount of hops and alcohol to preserve the beer.
Pilsen Ale
Golden blonde in color, this light bodied ale has a crisp lager-like character. Dry but slightly fruity palate, low hop aroma and bitterness. A perfect beer for anyone who is seeking a light ale for a transition from lagers.
Honey Wheat
Light body, lightly hoped and blonde in color. This beer has a slight honey aroma and taste. A nice balanced beer for all.

Extreme Pale Ale. Medium body and tons of hops with a copper color. This is our rendition of a hophead beer.
Sherman Stout

Possum Porter
Don't try to cross the road after a couple of these. This almost black-colored beer has a heavy body and is heavily hopped. It has a slightly sweet palate with a generous dose of chocolate malt.
Excavator Doppel Bock
Named after our archeological dig and Bavarian tradition (any beer ending in -ator is a Dopple Bock style beer) this is a dark, full bodied beer with low bittering.
